Description:

Leadership opportunity as the Manager, Client Services for Warde Medical Laboratory. The Manager, Client Services will have the opportunity to manage, develop and refine the client services workflow. They will be responsible for a team of fifteen who are responsible to support our external and internal customers with problem resolution, facilitating special testing requirements, responding to inquiries and complaints using their knowledge of laboratory policies, procedures and operations.

The Manager will be able to implement improvement methodologies or programs as appropriate and in the policy development, revision, interpretation and defining of policy provisions in collaboration with leadership.

Warde Medical Laboratory provides esoteric testing in a state-of-the art facility, populated with highly-trained personnel under the leadership of internationally known pathologists. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE

  • Bachelor Degree in Biological Sciences, Medical Technology or a related field.

  • Customer Service experience preferably in a laboratory or healthcare environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of laboratory procedures and operations.

  • Understanding of the requirements and standards of accrediting, licensing and regulatory agencies relevant to a laboratory.
