Advanced analytics allows provides the basis for problem solving, evaluation of the value (cost, utilization, quality) of interventions and programs, optimize performance to improve program effectiveness, predict risk, understand population health, and find opportunities otherwise unseen across all lines of business. The Biostatistician Lead role will provide technical and methodological leadership to biostatisticians, and provide direction to the use of built assets, the development of data infrastructure, and the development of new technologies and methods.
Education - Master's Degree in Quantitative health field, statistics, quantitative research or related field; OR
Experience - 10 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in Independent statistical project work experience and/or consulting with medical, clinical and programmers
Education - PhD in Quantitative health field, statistics, quantitative research or related field; AND
Experience – 3-5 years of Data analytics using relational databases, predictive and prescriptive modeling, quasi experimental studies
