We are looking for an experienced, strategy-driven operations leader who has a track record of building high functioning teams, is customer obsessed, data driven, hands-on, & is interested in being part of a team building a "best in class" operations.
We are looking for someone with the drive to take on the responsibilities of leading a staff responsible for the technical and/or scientific conduct of the in vitro services for Preclinical Oncology studies that generate high quality scientific results in support of the development of life-saving medications.

What we’re looking for in you:
Master’s degree in related discipline (eg. biological sciences, engineering, business or data management) is preferred
10 years related experience managing a laboratory in cancer biology, cell/molecular biology, biochemistry or related field
Skilled in performing presentations and leading meetings.
Skilled in time management, planning and budgeting
Ability to work in a laboratory setting
- MS degree or 10 years equivalent experience.
- Leadership competency level: managing managers.
May be in contact with potentially hazardous substances.
Work may require wearing protective clothing.
- Weekend work as required.
Experience:Experience:Minimum Required:10 years of experience managing a laboratory in cancer biology, cell/molecular biology, biochemistry or related field
Must have supervisory experience (minimum 5 years)
Experience with oncology models is preferred
Familiarity with immunology related laboratory skills.
Must be able to work in a laboratory setting
